Every plan includes monthly professional service hours — 2.5 hrs for Staff HQ and Owner HQ, 5.0 hrs for Owner + Staff HQ. Use them for custom builds, report edits, or workflow adjustments. Hours reset each month and don't rollover.

Need more than what's included? Additional hours are available in pre-purchased blocks. We scope it with you, quote the hours, and build it.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?

Your monthly fee keeps your platform running, connected to Momence, and improving. It includes all platform updates and new feature releases as they roll out — so your system gets better over time without you doing anything. Custom builds and one-off projects are separate (see Professional Services above).
How long does setup take?

Most studios are fully configured and live within 1–2 weeks. Setup includes connecting your Momence data, configuring your revenue categories, building out your staff system (if included), and walking through the platform with you so you know exactly how to use it from day one.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No long-term contract. Your monthly subscription continues as long as you want it — cancel anytime. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the work to build and configure your system. That system remains yours regardless.
Can I start with one HQ and add the other later?

Yes. If you start with Staff HQ or Owner HQ and later want to add the other side, you pay a $1,000 upgrade setup fee (not the full $2,500 again) and your monthly rate adjusts to the combined $399. It's designed to make it easy to grow into the full system when you're ready.
Do I need Momence to use LagomOS?

For Owner HQ, yes — Momence is the primary data source for all your revenue and member intelligence. Staff HQ can function without a deep Momence connection, but the platform is purpose-built for Momence-powered wellness studios. If you're on a different booking system, reach out and we'll talk through what's possible.
What if I need something the platform doesn't do yet?

That's exactly what Professional Services is for. You bring the idea, we scope it and build it. Pre-purchased hour blocks start at $600 for 5 hours. Larger projects get a custom quote before any work begins.
